Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, conferences, ministry travel, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make every effort to notify you.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering to discuss available options.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using the tracking information provided. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lisa Schwarz LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
